Stephen & Toni Lynn, Saint Meinrad Archabbey Engagement

As a Benedictine oblate of Saint Meinrad Archabbey, Stephen has a long history with the monastery in rural southern Indiana. In July, he traveled from Arizona to speak about Servant of God Dorothy Day—who was a Benedictine oblate of a different monastery—at the Alumni Reunion. His girlfriend, Toni Lynn, joined him for the trip. Sunday morning after Mass, Stephen took her up to Monte Cassino Shrine—a quiet spot tucked into the trees on a hill down the road from the Archabbey—where he proposed. Of course, she said yes!

We spent some time that afternoon taking portraits around campus—at Monte Cassino, then through the Rock Garden, and finished both inside and outside the Archabbey Church. Stephen and Toni Lynn were an absolute joy to photograph—still on cloud nine from the morning, and it showed in every shot.

Stephen and Toni Lynn, thank you for letting me be part of such a special day and for trusting me to capture it. Congratulations to you both—wishing you so much joy as you begin this next chapter together.
